Frequently asked questions

EasyGuild is a guild manager, a guild management tool for online games: manage members, roles, DKP points, an event calendar and an internal points shop, all in one dashboard.

EasyGuild isn't tied to a specific game: it's used by guilds in Albion Online, World of Warcraft, Aion 2, Final Fantasy XIV, Throne and Liberty, RuneScape, Guild Wars 2, The Elder Scrolls Online, Black Desert Online and other MMOs with guild and raid structures.

DKP points reward participation in events and raids. Members earn them and can spend them in the guild's internal points shop to win loot, through direct purchase or an auction.

Yes: the Free plan costs nothing and never expires, with 1 guild, 5 parties, 5 shop items and 2 events a week. If you need more, you can switch to Base or Pro anytime.

You plan raids and activities on the guild calendar; marking a member present at an event automatically awards the bonus points set for that event.

Guild leaders and officers create quests with a reward in DKP or balance points. The member who completes one uploads a screenshot as proof: points are only awarded once an officer or the guild leader approves the submission.

Yes: you can sign up and log in with either email and password or your Discord account.

The guild leader chooses which permissions officers get, by category: an officer can only do what you have granted. Members manage nothing.

Each shop item can have a fixed price, an open auction with visible bids, or a blind auction where every member places one sealed bid. The auction closes at its end time or manually.

Loot split, recurring events and the Discord bot are Pro features. A guild's limits always follow the guild leader's plan, not the individual member's.
